Our schedule has been updated.

Quick Update - TV Program
There was a video taping last night 3/14/05, 1 1/2 hours of tape, that will be reduced to a 1/2 hour show called, DLife, on CNBC starting March 20, 2005 at 7:00pm EST. The website is www.dlife.com. There were seven people from this group at the taping and discussion was to aid diabetic patients with ED. We had two people who had diabetes, myself just being diagnosed as marginal, and all of the rest with prostate surgery. The discussions stayed on the topis of ED, vacumn therapy, intimacy after treatment, hugging, communication, injections, and obviously 'the sleeve'. This might be a way to introduce partners to the fact that the problem is not that uncommon and we all can get help.

This group was given credit in aiding in the intimacy challange.

There are two pages to the flyer 'Page 1' and 'Page 2'

Watch and enjoy.

This group was formed more than 12 years ago as support for prostate cancer patients and their families. It was noted that patients families suffer as much, yet in different ways as the patient themself. Therefore the group has presented topics of interest on a monthly basis that allows spouse attendance. Occasionaly there will be a roundtable discussion meeting that is only attended by the patients.

Topics of recent meetings have been 'Ultrasound advances', 'What is done when the cancer returns', 'Erectile Dysfunction', and 'The first cancer patient to climb Mt. Everest'. Discussion is encouraged from all parties, patient and support persons, with limited beverages and snacks provided.
